Most of us have heard the phrase “En Vino Veritas,” and know the translation means, “In Wine is Truth.” It is hard to argue with the fact that a glass or two wine with dinner will help us speak more honestly, while more than a bottle of wine, might make us say (or do) things we wake up the next day and wish we hadn’t said (or done). But when I was trying to come up with a title for this blog, my thoughts were not quite that linear or literal.
